Best Scarecrow Contest

Our 9th annual Best Scarecrow Contest returns to downtown Hartwell! If you would like to add a scarecrow for the chance to win a truly fabulous prize, reach out to the Main Street Program for a registration form!

Scarecrows will be on display around the courthouse lawn and around town for the whole month of October.  You can vote for your favorite using the official ballot in The Hartwell Sun.
