Fall Equinox: A Yoga Practice of Letting Go

Please join us for a FREE yoga class to celebrate the Fall Equinox on the beautiful Grand Lawn of Hartwell's new bed and breakfast, The Beacon.  We will meditate on what we need to let go of.  We will practice a gentle yoga flow that is suitable for everybody.  What to bring:  yoga mat or beach towel, bottle of water and positive attitude.
