You have been brightly shining since the spring, and now is the time to begin to inwardly turn towards self. The fall equinox marks that the nights are longer than the days. Let your hibernation begin.

Start out the fall days with a healing sound bath. Sound baths are an opportunity to allow sound to comfort and heal the body. The vibrations of the bowls allow for internal energy to break away and leave the body.

As you lay in savasana, the vibrations fill your body and the room. Since the sound bowls are specifically tuned to your chakras you may see colors or feel sensations arise. Allow these vibrations of sound heal your body and body preparing you to rest for the remaining days in 2019.
