Hartwell Scarecrow Bash Oct 1st - 31st
The Scarecrows will be returning to Hartwell this October for the ELEVENTH year. Their numbers keep growing each year and we hope this year will be bigger and better than ever!
Scarecrow theme will be centered on "American Patriotism, Strength and Resiliency." Participating businesses or families may choose whatever theme they wish as well.

Scarecrows will be on display around the courthouse lawn and around town for the whole month of October. You can vote for your favorite using the official ballot in The Hartwell Sun.
