Honor the Heroes Labor Day Fitness Challenge 2019

No matter your fitness level, come challenge yourself to show respect for the challenges your heroes face daily and the sacrifices they make.  You can complete the challenge alone or with a team effort in a relay style event.  Ages 10 and up are welcome to participate.  Challenge:  1 mile run, 100 sit-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats 1 mile run.
