The CNC Machinist Apprenticeship is a structured training program designed for individuals who want to build a career in advanced manufacturing. This program combines hands-on experience in our production environment with technical education to develop the skills required to become a highly trained CNC machinist.
Apprentices work alongside experienced machinists and trainers while learning to operate and program CNC machines, read technical drawings, understand precision measurement, and apply quality standards used in modern manufacturing. Throughout the program, participants gain real-world experience producing high-precision components while developing a strong foundation in machining, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
