Finance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Finance Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day financial processes and provide accurate reporting to support management decisions.
Your responsibilities:
- Support payroll processes
- Oversee company bank accounts and assist with budgeting activities
- Prepare and support financial reporting for management
- Process invoices, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts
- Coordinate with external accountants and suppliers
- Identify and implement process improvements within finance operations
Your profile:
- Eager to join a collaborative team where your work makes a direct impact
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or payroll is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies
- Excited to take on new challenges and contribute to the team’s success
Your schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break
Pay will be based on experience with a range of $16 - 20 per hour.
